5 Practical Tips I’ve learnt while travelling

  1. Bring super glue, scissors and a pack of cards

  2. Have two debit cards. One you keep the other in your wallet for the day to day, to withdraw local currency from ATMs, the other you store in a secret place in your backpack as a backup

  3. Don’t plan the whole trip!! Arrive, see what’s happening, get recommendations, use TripAdvisor and peoples’ recommendations and ride the vibes of life

  4. Pack lighter than you think (I never wore the sun hat, needed the backup Nokia phone or used half the crap I bought in my first aid kit)

  5. Reusable filter water bottles are great (For Asia), but tap water is actually fine in many places, like Central America (+ they have their own beautiful traditional filters :)
